Welcome to Warren Hills Children's Centre
Our Nursery Provision
Our facility is a modern purpose-built nursery and sensory room, with timetabled access to all the school facilities. We have fully qualified level 3 and enthusiatic staff, 20% to level 4 and above.
The Nursery provides a child orientated and friendly environment, specialist outdoor and sensory experiences led by children's voice and preference.
Transition to primary school could not be easier - all children who are in catchment for Warren Hills Primary School will have access to their new teacher, the curriculum, the school and the staff for at least 1 year prior to entering. We also work with our primary schools at transition.
The Nursery and School work closely together on collaborative projects including Christmas Production for the parents, transition projects, fetes, plays, music, assemblies, displays and many other events.
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum is delivered from the date of entry, with a learning journey for each child and parent.
The Surestart Centre is open daily, and runs a variety of courses and groups that anyone can attend. The Centre is supported by 2 outreach workers.
